El mensaje de error es el siguiente:
Invoke-WebRequest : The response content cannot be parsed because the Internet Explorer engine is not available, or Internet Explorer’s first-launch configuration is not complete. Specify the UseBasicParsing parameter and try again.
La solución:
El error se debe a que nunca se ha iniciado sesión ni ejecutado Internet Explorer. Como recordatorio, la primera pantalla de inicio es la que le pregunta sobre la configuración de seguridad, privacidad y compatibilidad de Internet Explorer.
Otra posible solución:
Ejecutar el cmdlet con el parámetro: UseBasicParsing.
